Developing leaders are eager to dive into identity, learning more about themselves and others. We design opportunities for youth to gather and explore these questions in creative ways.

Job Opportunities

City Impact Mentoring
A one-on-one interest-based mentoring program that carefully matches students with a volunteer mentor. Long-term, supportive relationships are key to the success of our youth! Available for grades 4-12.
Time commitment: Meet a minimum of once monthly for at least 12 months.
Success Mentoring
An academics focused program that pairs students with a one-on-one mentor to create accountability and support. Success mentoring continues with students beyond high school graduation, transitioning into adulthood. Available for grades 11-12/ young adult.
Time commitment: Times vary based on individual schedules.
CI Teen Nights
Building community for our youth through safe and fun activities. We open our doors, inviting youth into a positive space to hang out, spend time together, learn from one another, and have fun. Available for grades 6-12.
Time commitment: Typically, the last Saturday of each month from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
